Communicating with Us
Our goal is to remain accessible and available any time you need us. As a local company, we are always here and you can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Feel free to call, email, text, or stop by the office. We also provide an easy-to-access website, where you can view statements, invoices, inspections, and other documentation. You never have to worry about how your property is performing – it’s all transparent.
Our Management Authority
If you haven’t already reviewed and signed the Management Authority, we’ll need to get that taken care of right away. Let us know if you have any questions about the terms, our scope of services, or the associated fees. We welcome the opportunity to discuss our agreement.
If you already have tenants in place – great. We will introduce ourselves to them and review their tenancy agreements to understand how long they’ve been residing in your property and how well they’ve been treating it. If your property is vacant, we’ll get to work advertising and screening for the best tenants we can find. You’ve probably heard about our Rental Guarantee – so enjoy the peace of mind that your rental income will be consistent and on time.
Payments and Statements
Most owner want to know when they get paid! We make electronic deposits into your account twice per month. You’ll also receive an electronic statement and a personalisedpersonalized email that tells you about anything that might be happening at your property and briefing you on any new legislation or relevant industry news that impacts your rental home. We’ll also tell you about any inspections we may have conducted, and we’ll include pictures and videos of what we found.
